While the Elamigos repack removes GFWL, it does not restore official multiplayer. The servers are long dead. However, you can use Tunngle (deprecated) or Radmin VPN to emulate LAN. Look for the networkfix included in Elamigos’ notes—it enables Direct IP connection.
