As the group faces increasingly terrifying and unexplainable events, they are rescued by a mysterious jungle dweller named Kali Pratap Singh (Ajay Devgn). However, Kali's true intentions and the nature of the "beasts" hunting them lead to a suspenseful climax.

The story follows Krish Thapar (John Abraham), a wildlife expert, and his wife Riya (Esha Deol), who are sent by National Geographic to investigate a series of mysterious deaths attributed to man-eating tigers. Along the way, they cross paths with a group of thrill-seeking youngsters—Dev (Vivek Oberoi), Ishika (Lara Dutta), and their friends—who have lost their way.
