While the politics happens in the Tripathi mansion, Mirzapur Season 2 - Episode 1 dedicates significant runtime to Guddu’s transformation . Watching his brother lying motionless, Guddu’s innocence dies. The clean-shaven, ambitious lawyer is gone.
In a gut-wrenching scene, Guddu prays to Lord Shiva, not for peace, but for rage. He smears ash on his body and picks up a khukri . This is the visual rebirth of Guddu as the “Guddu Bhaiya” of legend—the man who will burn the city down for revenge.
