Even the fixed version runs on Japanese locale. Use Locale Emulator or NTLEA to run game.exe in Japanese mode. If you don't, the touch prompts may display as squares.

The touch cursor disappears after the first H scene. Solution: This is a DirectX issue. In the fixed version, press F5 to reset the cursor layer. The dev forgot to bind this to the tutorial.
Delete any previous installation of "Osawari H as you like." The fixed version requires a clean registry (if on Windows). Extract the fixed archive to a folder path with NO special characters (e.g., C:\Games\OsawariFixed\ ).
